Ms. Collins has 23 years of experience in the field of commercial real estate valuation and consulting. As a partner with Collins Real Estate Advisors, LLC, Ms. Collins provides commercial real estate appraisal and consulting services to investors, financial institutions, and government entities. Property types appraised include churches/religious facilities, hotels and resort properties, industrial/manufacturing buildings, multi-family residential buildings, retail developments, office and medical office buildings, and special use buildings such as daycare centers and schools. Consulting experience includes feasibility, highest and best use analysis, due diligence, and litigation support. Ms. Collins also has experience with appraisal technical reviews.

George F. Collins, CRE, MAI, FRICS

Mr. Collins has been active in the appraisal of real estate since 1987. Appraisal experience includes the valuation of commercial property on a national basis with a specialty in assets involving a going-concern and Sports and Entertainment properties. Significant properties appraised include the Willis Tower, Trump International Hotel and Tower, the Chicago Merchandise Mart, the Drake Hotel, and the Aon Building. Mr. Collins has testified as an expert witness in real estate related matters in the States of Florida, Illinois and Wisconsin as well as Federal Bankruptcy court.

Mr. Collins is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance, and a Masters of Arts in Real Estate and Urban Analysis. State Certifications include Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
